  • Codeine alone: Captain Cody, Cody, schoolboy
  • Combined with alcohol: schoolboy scotch (scotch whiskey)
  • Combined with glutethimide: doors & fours, four doors, loads (Doriden), pancakes & syrup (cough syrup)
  • Combined with tobacco and marijuana: candy blunt (marijuana laced cigar dipped in cough syrup containing codeine)
  • Combined with elixir terpin hydrate: GI gin, turp
  • Multiple Combinations: blue velvet (elixir terpin hydrate & tripelennamine)
