forensic: Dusky standard

In this case before the U. S. Supreme Court a standard for determining competence to stand trial was enunciated thus:

"has sufficient present ability to consult with his lawyer with a reasonable degree of rational understanding, and whether he has a rational as well as factual understanding of the proceedings against him. It was not sufficient to find that the defendant was oriented to time, place and to some events."
