Neuroleptic Induced Parkinsonism

A medication-induced movement disorder, Parkinson's syndrome may be induced by neuroleptic drugs used in the treatment of mental disorders and for other purposes. The syndrome may also occur when anti-Parkinsonian drugs are reduced or discontinued.
